Customised Water and Candies
When planning and designing my little one's full month party, I was inspired to design our very own mineral water and candies to give away for the guests. It turned out to be a great hit! Shortly after, we were commissioned to design mineral water bottles and candies for Towkay Nail's shop opening..

Name signages for that special someone...
Names, names, and more names!
Let's face it. When you receive something with your name or face on it, or the name and face of someone special to you, you will be less likely to chuck it out of the window.
With this concept in mind, we were inspired to design a series of birthday and name signages which could be a thoughtful gift for your "jiemeis and xiongdis" or family and friends.
Not only are the personalised birthday cards, they are also little namestands for the office, room doors, or anywhere else you would like to post your name!
Enjoy reading the little anecdotes on the different characters below!!
First of all, let us introduce the quirky guy, Chee Hai, who is otherwise known as the karaoke king.
And then, there is Giselle, the sweet girl-next-door who is also a scientist who studies psychology. Don't ask me why... but somehow, that image of Dali's cloud covered walls with an oversized stuff armchair comes to mind!
And there's Hwee Leng, the artistic photography avid! Managed to subtly include the name of the sender, Candice, a dear friend who commissioned me to design this for her as the artwork on the canvas! We chose less conventional and more quirky colours for her as a reflection of her personality.
And we have Jingjun, the girl who studied in Sydney Australia! ;)
And here's the youngest feature here in this post! Qianyu, a lovely, lovely baby girl with an all things pink, sweet and baby theme!
We are in the midst of deisgning more designs for babies! Look out for more baby cot and door signages coming up soon! :)
And here's Angela... an amazing teacher with a immense heart! The happy birthday is written in 2 different language, Chinese and Thai! Yup! This amazing lady could speak and write fluent thai!
"geng mak mak!"
To travel, the beach... this signage is designed especially for Sharon, the girl who loves travelling!
This mini signage was the inspiration for one of our later signages for Samuel & Adelene.
We were just given 2 words to design this signage..
YELLOW, yellow and more YELLOW... and music! (ok, that's 4 words) Yup! Wenjun LOVES yellow, as one could guess from this pretty yellow printed background!
It was quite funny when asked to come up with a design for Peggy as the only word that we were given was that she's really pretty and her nickname is "chio bu!"..
As such, we decided to come up with a signage that is all girlish and pretty!!!
Lastly, for now, holding on to a huge calculator, Yoke Chin is an accountant who LOVEs travelling!!

Pass it on!
I've titled this post "pass it on!" as the signages featured here are powered by friendship and kinship!
These signages are commissioned by people who wanted to give a unique gift to the special people in their lives.
The 1st signage is by Jenny for her niece, who will be getting married at Wawawa, a bistro at Bedok Reservoir. (which, btw, seems like a really cool place to check out!) seen from the pix that were shared..
Through the email exchanges, I was really touched by the great relationship between Jenny and her fun-loving niece!
This was probably one of the most fun signages that I have done recently, partly due to the easy-going nature of Bernard, the guy who commissioned this for his friend.
The couple met each other while they were working at TCC, then known as The Coffee Connoisseur.
Set at a cafe, with TCC's trademark brown feature wall, the couple were peeping from the wall showing playfulness and innocence. The couple love dogs, and we added in 2 dogs sitting in plush sofas having coffee!
This concept is ideal for couples who are fun-loving and who know each other either from workplace, school, or even a club or society / association!
There's something about the friends you made in school that could never be comparable to the friends you make later in life, which is why my primary and secondary school friends remain my closest friends ever till date. Special thanks to the wonderful, wonderful friends who journeyed with me through all these years!!
(Yes! special thanks to my primary school friends whom I've known for decades: Suduan, Xiuwen, Liling, Veron, "Xiaozhang"...
and my dear, dear, secondary school friends: "Ah Dut," "Zu-an", "Rissy", "Chai Chai"... :)
I wasn't joking when I say that I was genuinely touched when Adeline shared the story of her friendship with Huiyi, her best friend.
Her one sentence about their friendship in our correspondence sums up the depth of their relationship:
"If I only need that ONLY ONE friend, I will choose her!!"
After much discussion, we decided to focus on the fact that both of them are always there to provide a listening ear for each other as seen from the old school "telephone" and the clock. (Yes! they often talk to each other till 3am in the morning!)
This signage was commissioned for her best friend's 21st birthday!
Feel free to contact us if you would like us to design something for that special someone's
special day!
Presenting one of the mini wedding signages! We would be featuring some mini name signages in our next post..
This was for commissioned as a wedding gift by our client for his friend who were both doctors, Christian, and who loves travelling!
Next, is Phyllis, who chose the following two designs for her friends' wedding. The 1st design was first commissioned by another of our clients, Aggie, who wanted a signage inspired by sakura. This signage was ideal as Japan was of special significance to the couple, and the second signage was set in a blissful home!

New Wedding Signages for July and August!
I've always been intrigued by the hundred and one ways two people could meet and fall in love...
by the differences and similarities in a couple's love story.
One of these couples is Siqi and Gabriel,
a couple who met each other through a came of mahjong...
thus, we came up with a mahjong themed signage that has five mahjong tiles flying around.
Why five is because of its symbolic meaning, as five. Interestingly, the number 5 in thai is pronounced as "haa", which we thought is apt, for the couple to have lots of laughter in their marriage.
Couples nowadays are luckier and luckier.
My cousin "Sammie", and my future cousin-to-be, Adeline is one such couple.
A couple that LOVES travelling, they have travelled to so many countries that I almost didn't have enough space to put in all the flags!
This is one signage that will be suitable for couples who love travelling.
Customisation could be as simple as to fly the flags of the countries that they have travelled to!
It's always a joy pushing ourselves and coming up with new designs and concepts for couples for their wedding.
Wei Lin & Wei Yee met each other at a pub, which explains the setting of the signage. We worked with Wei Lin to come up with this final product... :)
This is very suitable for couples who simply love to chill...
Who says it must always be love at 1st sight?
This special couple was hate at 1st sight, so much so that they vowed that should they get together, they would "roll down the hill" where their office is located.
They rolled down the hill indeed as they tie the knot this year!! Literally!
As such, we came up with this design for this special couple for their big day...

May Updates!
This was designed for Jessica and Rayson, a very fun couple who opted for
a fully customised signage themed chinoise chic!
The 2 chinese idioms are aspirations for their marriage...
For thoes who love sailing, the sea, this signage would be ideal for you!
It was specially designed with Jocelyn's inputs, for this loving couple who would be getting married at one marina. This explains one marina's logo on the sail of the yacht.
This was commissioned by Candice, who was getting this for one of her very good friends, Rachel. Rachel and Richmond LOVES travelling and are both staunch catholics. Inspired by the movie "The Sound of Music", the church was set amidst lush, rolling hills. I've also included the name of the sender, Candice as the logo of the travelling bag, making it more meaningful for both the sender as well as the couple...
This fun sigange was designed for a couple who loves the beach, and a bride who "super love" pooh bear, in her words. Her fiance loves singing and is a wonderful singer.
And finally, here is one that is apt for all as it is set against Sinapore's skyline!
Special emphasis is given to Changi Arport as this couple loves travelling too!!!

There's more to a name...
This first started as a friend who had commissioned us to do signage of her name for her. This saw the start of the name series fun signage!
This would make an ideal gift as a thank you wedding gift for brothers and sisters who had helped out for weddings. Eg: you could have your friend's name, and in smaller letter, to include a short description of them.. eg: Feon, the fashionista or Veronica, the girl next door, or your parent's names, like the one below.
Couples could add in a short message

Whether as a mother's or father's day preset, or to be given during the wedding dinner as little appreciation plates, they make great and meaningful gifts to your parents.
And this was designed for a pair of siblings, a brother and sister. Chinese names could be added to the signages as well...

Beyond Signages...stickers... cards...
Besides signages, we design cards and stickers (that could be used for wedding or baby shower flavours). Here's one that was designed for my little one for her baby shower flavour... :)
1 sticker, many usage + a great momento for your guests!!
For friends, we packed sweet caramel popcorns as the shower flavour for our guests
while for families, we used the sticker to pack the more traditional red eggs and ang ku kueh!
We had a couple of leftover stickers and we converted it into a fridge magnet!
Likewise, the artwork that was created for the fun signage could also be re-formatted to be a wedding/baby shower flvour sticker or card! Contact us for more details! :)
Generic signages!
Oneplusone has designed some generic signages for mothers, fathers, teachers, friends, and others!
You could either contact us for sale, or you could pop over to Bloomington at Anchorpoint for purchase of these fun generic signages!
Presenting some of the generic signages...:)
This is suitable not only for mother's or father's day, it is also ideal to give to your parents or
in-laws. It could be given on any special occassion, or even on a very normal day.. who says you need special occassions before you express your love for your parents???
Another ideal occassion could be during the wedding dinner, when the couple present a special appreciation to their parents. Usually couples choose to give flowers, but presenting this to your parents and your in-laws makes it a more lasting and wonderful gift!
You could also choose to add in their names below the "World's Best Dad/Mum" text, and even a short message below their names...Contact us for more details! :)
This is dedicated to all teachers! Likewise, it could be personalised by adding in your teacher's name, as well as your class or your names...
The next 4 signages are generic, quirky and motivational that makes ideal gifts for friends,
families, or colleagues!
This is designed for all the little princesses and princes to be pasted on doors as door signage!
You could add in your little princess and prince' name to make it more personalised as well!
